Xtractors was founded in 2018 to fill a gap in the industry for qualified residential water and sewage removal services.

With the Washington State housing boom in full effect more and more people were getting their crawlspaces inspected prior to selling their house, as a commercial water extraction company we started to get calls for private residences needing our services. We expanded with a residential division to serve our community and provide the highest level of service. We offer Complete clean-up services, including water and sewage removal, Excavation of soiled material, Specialty excavation of utilities, cleaning and sanitization of the affected area, and odor control in the affected area as well as the interior of the home.
